The blog is been made not from the beginning of the trip so it's easy to get messed up. Now we are in Ecuador - Quito. It is the capital city of Ecuador. The building of Quito are on few different levels which are the hills. The lowest is 2800 meters - biggest part, with down town and old town. Highest level is more then 3500 meters. It's incredible. The old town is gorgeous - the countless paths, parks, tenement-houses.
While traveling from Pasto (2500 m.) we saw that there're big traffic works going on. Plenty of machines and a lots of done. Soon there'll be a perfect two lane on one side road to Quito.
The Colombia - Ecuador border was chosen the best one by our group. There were no 'agents' like in Central America. The police was very nice and helpful. Nobody wanted from as any money for making the border (like it was in the Central America) and it went fast.
We want now to go near the Pacific Ocean. This is only plans, while traveling you never know.
